ABOUT THE AUTHOR
MEET WILLIAM FRED WEEKS
William Fred Weeks was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina. Over the course of his career, he worked for a major automobile insurance company investigating claims before transferring to the Special Investigation Unit, where he handled cases involving suspected fraud, including arson, auto theft, staged accidents, and bodily injury claims. In 2018, the North Carolina Insurance Crime Information Exchange recognized him as Claims Investigator of the Year.
After retiring in 2021, William embraced his lifelong passion for writing and set out to bring his stories to life. He is also the author of two previous manuscripts, In the Twinkling of an Eye and Riders of the Red Horse, which remain unpublished.
